SUMMARY:Druids Explore the Religion With No Name
DESCRIPTION:Controversial scholarship in recent decades makes the case for hidden traditions of worship that have existed for thousands of millennia\, sometimes dissipating\, sometimes repressed\, but ever-returning. Some call this The Religion With No Name\, and a key component is the use of hallucinogenic organic material to prepare a sacrament that transports its devotees to see beyond this mortal coil\, meeting with spirits and ancestors. Advanced chemical analyses have detected evidence of this as far back as Gobekli Tepi\, Catal Hoyuk\, Eleusis\, and even into early Christian rituals. \nAs curious Druid seekers\, we sought and discovered many similar clues in the vast lore we study that suggest this technique was also used by Celts who trained in mystery teachings. Inspired by experiences within modern-day shamanic medicine ceremonies\, we created a Druid Mysteries retreat to encounter our myths and teachings in vibrant ways\, using magic mushrooms in a sacred manner. DESCRIPTION:After sunset tonight\, will you be able to see the Moon? Why are you able\, or not able to see Her? What other influences does She experience? How do Her experiences translate into our experience? Where is this knowledge useful? How do I apply Her wisdom? These are a few of the questions we will explore in this seminar\, “The Magick of Moon\,” taught by Moonbeam Mage. Your questions are welcomed! \nWe will look at Moon’s basic energetic signature and how it waxes and wanes\, morphing and evolving that signature in every cycle\, every month. In our astrological understanding\, Moon interacts with and responds to other actors along Her path\, the Wanderers and certain Sensitive Points. The context of these encounters informs us regarding Her response. Moon’s experience is integral to ours. Her response colors ours. In this seminar we will discover the myriad forms of how! \nMoonbeam Mage caught a glimpse of the path that might be some twenty-five years ago. Fifteen years ago she heard herself asserting that she was on that path\, and has solidly placed one foot after the other upon it since. In 2010 she found Ardantane and began her pursuit of all that formal training in the Craft could offer. In 2014\, she received the Ardantane Level Three\, Master of Magick and Witchcraft Certificate.
