DESCRIPTION:In today’s environment\, it is all too easy to approach each other in a spirit of debate and antagonism. If we’re going to live on this planet together\, it is crucial that we learn to work together to solve its challenges. This course will lay out the rationale for creating dialogue and some tips on how to do so. \nJude Harrison MD – pronouns he/him – enjoys being part of\, and getting along with\, an extended family spanning across each of the differences typically listed in dominant and minority identities. His training sources include Essential Partners\, who foster dialogs across differences\, ongoing studies of cultural oppression\, and reviewing programs collecting outcomes data on structural systems change to improve outcomes for marginalized people. He’s passionate about breaking down barriers to help create communities that celebrate each individual and work together to meet each person’s needs. \nThis online class is free to supporting members of Ardantane.
