SUMMARY:Artificial Intelligence and Paganism
DESCRIPTION:The talk will be basically two parts. First\, understanding what generative AI is and how it works. This can be a complicated process of using labeled data to train the generative AI bot.\n\nSecond\, what is the impact of generative AI on our society and Paganism\, in particular. There will be major impacts\, but these are not yet known.\n\nPagans range from Technopagans\, who love all new technologies\, to Pastoral Pagans\, who long to return to a simple less technical rural life style.\n\nMost of us are in between these two extremes. We drive cars and use the web\, but do not worship technology.\n\n\nMerlyn is retired\, widowed and living in Albuquerque. He is a third degree initiate in OLW and Ladywood Tradition. Meryl retired from LANL where he worked for 9 years and as a contractor for 12 years. He has a Ph.D Biology and enjoys e-biking\, reading ebooks and web surfing.\n\n\nThis class is free to supporting members of Ardantane.  Others must register below by clicking the Blue GET TICKETS button.
