SUMMARY:Volunteer Work Day February 2026
DESCRIPTION:Contribute your energy\, time\, and talents to the upkeep of our beautiful campus near Jemez Springs\, New Mexico. We work from 8:00 or 9:00 AM\, depending on the season… starting earlier in summer\, later in winter. We begin with a simple opening ceremony\, and end sometime in the afternoon\, usually around 3:00 PM—but you can come at any time during the day. (Some folks do special projects at other times\, to fit their personal schedules\, by arrangement with the Director.) \nVolunteers who work a “full” day—six hours or more—receive $40 in Beaver Bucks (applicable to any Ardantane event fee). Those who work 3-4 hours receive $20 in Beaver Bucks. First-timers are awarded the Blessed Beaver patch (embroidered emblem) to wear proudly on a cap or work shirt. Everyone receives free lunch and beverages\, as well as healthy exercise and camaraderie. \nBring your sun hat and work gloves (we have loaners if you need them). \nContact Azrael Arryn K at azraelak@gmail.com for directions and information. RSVP below if you like.

SUMMARY:Creating Ritual
DESCRIPTION:Does the thought of planning a ritual (for yourself\, a small group\, or 500 people) fill you with joy\, annoyance\, tingles in your brain and fingers…or dread? Azrael and Kalisha have designed hundreds\, if not thousands\, of rituals between them\, and hope to help you become an enthusiastic and dynamic creator of superior rituals—big and not-so-big. Creating a really dynamic ritual that has people wishing it could continue forever is a skill\, and\, like any skill\, can be learned. But the real joy is found in practice and watching it unfold perfectly (never happens) when performed! \nAzrael Arynn K has been a Wiccan priestess for over thirty years\, and (with Amber K) is an award-winning author\, teacher\, and leader within the Pagan community. She has degrees in criminal justice\, law\, and architecture. She is the Dean of the School of Sacred Living and Director of Facilities at Ardantane; see ardantane.org. Azrael designs\, co-authors\, and edits books with Amber\, including the award-winning books RitualCraft: Creating Rites for Transformation and Celebration; and Pinups Portraits and Posters: The Life and Art of Bill Randall(Amber’s dad). See their other titles at magickwithamberk.com. \nKalisha Kfp is My Craft name\, though many of you also know me as Karen P. I have been a practicing witch since 1972 and I enjoy a 3rd degree or High Priestess status in several traditions including Gardnerian. My interest include Egyptology\, Speleology\, Archaeology/Anthropology\, Ancient religions & cultures\, Healing\, Herbs both magical & homeopathic\, Incense – history & use\, Mythology as relates to theology and psychology\, different types of magick\, and various forms of divination. I am a ravenous bookworm! \nThis class is free to supporting members of Ardantane. Others must register. The fee is $10. While we get our new registration system set up\, please email info@ardantane.org. \nRegistration closes at 5PM Mountain Time on Thursday\, February 26. \nGet Tickets
