Nuit, Goddess of the Night Sky and less familiar gods and goddesses of Egypt

September 5, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$10

Many of us know something about Isis, Osiris, Ra, and other major deities of Egypt; and many of us resonate with one or more of them. But how much do you know about Heqet, Hekat, Ptah, Geb, Anat, Khnum, Khonsu, Atum, Seshat, Tawaret, Sobek, Selket, Nepthys, Set, and Bes? Okay, what about Anhur, Bennu, Maahes, Neper, Imentet, Nepit, Renenutet, and Tefnut? You might like to learn about Besna, the goddess of home security; or Hedjhotep, god of fabrics and cothing; or Heset, goddess of food and drink. There are hundred of deities from this long-lived culture; join Azrael Arynn K, Dean of the School of Sacred Living, as we discover Nuit and a selection of other important goddesses and gods.

Azrael Arynn K is a third-degree Wiccan Priestess and High Priest of the Coven of Our Lady of the Woods, and has also held offices in the Covenant of the Goddess. She is both Facilities Director and Dean of the School of Sacred Living at Ardantane Pagan Learning Center. She co-authors books on the Craft with Amber K, and travels and teaches widely throughout the United States.

This class is free to supporting members of Ardantane.  Others must register below. Be sure to add the number of tickets you want before clicking the Blue GET TICKETS button. The fee is $10.

Registration closes at 5PM Mountain Time on Thursday, September 4th.
