Become a Member

We truly appreciate the many people who have chosen to become sustaining members of the Ardantane community, both to support our programs and because membership brings some very nice benefits.

Our members are the financial backbone of Ardantane. You make it possible for Ardantane to be here for you. 

• You pay the monthly bills (electric, phone, and internet) that keep us connected, and electric that keeps us cool in summer and warm in winter—until we install solar, but that’s on another page…
• You fund occasional big expenses like a new well pump, or maintenance of the water-treatment system. 
• You keep our truck going and finance its maintenance and campus upkeep—including paint and brushes. 
• You allow us to continuously upgrade the campus and facilities. Like solar.
• You even pay for our PO box and occasional postage. 

In other words, we love you, and are grateful that you give as generously as you can within the category below that you feel comfortable with, and at the level that you can afford! Ardantane offers sliding-scale membership fees, so you can choose your membership category (such as Lanternlight, a middle tier) and within that you can choose the fee level you can comfortably afford (either $30, $40, or $50 each month).

Remember, everything you send out (give) returns to you threefold!

Lanternlight

Lanternlight members are entitled to:

Everything in Candlelight and

A 1- or 2-person private retreat on campus, timing subject to availability (the rate for nonmembers is $15/person/night).

Hearthfire

Hearthfire members are entitled to:

Everything in Lanternlight plus

Dome Library checkout privileges

Bonfire

Bonfire members are entitled to:

Everything in  Hearthfire, plus
