Do you have a daily practice—or several—that keep you healthy, happy, and balanced? Does it include meditation, divination, music, running, or time with the family dog? What about pranayama, the Middle Pillar, or a visit to an astral temple? What about a conversation with a deity or tree spirit? Daily spiritual practices are as diverse as humanity. We can hope that yours is engaging, effective, and in balance. But does it need to expand, evolve, or change? Join the discussion with Amber K, who has served as a Wiccan priestess for 45 years and has seen some different approaches to self-maintenance and spiritual growth.
