Most people have heard of Shadow Work, and many people have done this work to varying degrees. What is one’s shadow – is it always “bad” stuff? What techniques have people used to explore their shadow in productive ways? Why do many mystical and occult traditions include this kind of work? Mark will talk about these topics and also invite others to share experiences about this hidden domain of the psyche.
