Have you ever wondered what rights you have as a pagan employee? This session will focus on your legal rights, discriminatory practices you might encounter on the job, and how to address them. We will also explore how to help your workplace become a more inclusive place for people of all beliefs.
Tara Kiene (she/her) is an active Ardantane student and teacher. In her mundane life, she is the President and CEO of a nonprofit serving people with disabilities. With a staff averaging 100 employees, she supports the identities of people from all walks of life, balancing empathy and inclusion with the realities of employment law. Outside of work, she’s a member of the Colorado Crow Women coven when she isn’t strumming her ukulele, writing silly novels, or playing with her pet rabbits.
